At Belleforme, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of health and wellness supplements, we currently do not accept returns of opened or used products for safety and hygiene reasons.

We only accept returns if:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The wrong item was received

  • The product arrived defective

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue.

Refunds

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds may be issued for:

  • Damaged products

  • Incorrect items shipped

  • Lost packages confirmed by the carrier

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by customers

  • Delays caused by customs or shipping carriers
